The Story Behind the Huskies Banner on College Drive

Jul 9 -- It's that time of year for a Huskie Athletics banner to go up promoting the football season. I am especially excited for this banner to go up on College Drive in Saskatoon because it features one of my most favourite pictures taken at a blackout game last October. I can't wait for the football season to start back up again where I can freeze my hands and face to get some amazing CanWest Football action shots. Jan 5 -- Back in October, I had the chance to do some studio action shots of the U of S Huskies Sports Teams. These photos were and are hanging in the PAC Gymnasium standing about 15 feet tall... But that wasn't the end of those photos. In December, I learned that they were going to be going onto the side of the Griffiths Stadium Parkade: 40 feet tall. The banner went up at around lunch time today and I couldn't be more proud of the results. Check out the photos that are hanging in the PAC Below as well as the banner itself in the gallery below.
